The bedroom was excellent, super spacious and ample space for 2 people. There was a king comfy bed and lots of pillows. All rooms also came with a balcony however I found mine to be too cramped with too much furniture although it didn’t bother me at all because if I spent time outside it was always by the pool.

The bathroom was huge! definitely more space than we needed and it included a bath where the sliding doors could open up so you could look out at the view whilst taking a bath. There was a spacious wardrobe where I immediately unpacked my clothes and hung all my dresses up to make it really easy to get ready. The ammenities were fantastic they provided toothbrushes, shaving kits, feminine kits, shower caps, hair dryer and more items were available on request. The only thing I could fault for this bathroom was that the edges of the shower were slightly dirty and could easily do with a more thorough clean. (I didn’t take any photos of the room unfortunately so I had to borrow photos from the official website).
The atmosphere at Padma Ubud was sensational, I think you can tell from the pictures alone but being there was a complete different experience one I have never experienced before. I am so happy to be able to have stayed in the middle of the Indonesian forest was incredible. The atmosphere was really calm and tranquil. All the staff were super friendly and everything was always clean. The trees and landscape were always well tended to as well.
The facilities were amazing! My favourite had to be the amazing infinity pool, just looking out to the rainforest was such a different experience you truly felt like you were in the middle of the jungle. I think the pool was planned out perfectly. It never ever felt overcrowded and there were ample sun beds around the pool that you could find one at any time of the day. The gym also seemed really good they have a variety of gym equipment all though I can’t say much more because I did not use it. The spa was another favourite of mine. I got two massages whilst I was there the first a warm stone massage for 90 minutes which was pretty good however it did feel a bit rushed and not as relaxing and secondly I got a 30 minute back massage which was my favourite!! The spa was also very clean and all the staff were really friendly. They also had various events going on through the day the only one I tried out was a free archery lesson which was actually really fun!
Breakfast was my favourite. The buffet had a variety of choices from pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits, pancakes too traditional Indonesian food which was my favourite. We had club room access which means we could eat in a different room next to the main buffet area. The atmosphere in there was very nice very calm and clean although walking to the buffet took a little longer. There are only two different restaurants at Padma Ubud so for lunch we would eat at the restaurant by the pool which had ample food options.
